Mid-Autumn Festival Gala combines traditional culture and new technologies.
The event will be held in Zhangjiagang, in the city of Suzhou, and will be full of performances.
China Radio International The China Media Group (CMG) Mid-Autumn Festival Gala 2022, to be broadcast on September 10, will combine the interpretation of traditional culture with the use of new technologies and artistic forms.
The event, which will be held in Zhangjiagang, Suzhou City, will include performances of local music, as well as songs, dances, concerts, and operas, to celebrate China's Family Reunion Day.
The ultra-high-definition visual effect and three-dimensional sound production will debut at the gala, which will have a round stage. In addition to being available on television and mobile device apps, the show will also be broadcast on more than 200 mega-screens in public areas across 50 cities, utilizing 4K/8K television transmission technologies.
