Fernando Morais: no one has gathered so many thieves in one government as Temer.

247 - Fernando Morais, a journalist and writer who served as a former federal deputy for the PMDB party, lived alongside Michel Temer for over forty years, whom he calls a "fixed" figurehead for having usurped the presidency of the Republic.

In an interview with journalists Leonardo Attuch and Renato Rovai, from TV 247 and Fórum magazine, Morais states that Temer achieved a feat. "Never before has anyone managed to gather so many thieves and pickpockets in a single government."

The writer, author of classics such as "Olga," "The Island," and "Chatô, the King of Brazil," sees Temer as "the head of the gang" and says that if he manages to finish his term, not a single rotten fig will remain in the hands of the Brazilian state.

In the interview, he said that the right wing, which today is manipulating the Judiciary, will hardly allow the candidacy of former president Lula. "They didn't create all this mess in the country just to then return power to Lula," he stated.

Morais, however, still doesn't see a plan B and says that Brazilians will have to mobilize to guarantee Lula's candidacy.

In addition to being the editor of KnockoutMorais is dedicated to writing a biography of former president Lula and says that he will be remembered by history as an even greater figure than Getúlio Vargas.

Regarding the coup, he, who interviewed Julian Assange, founder of Wikileaks, says he is convinced of the United States' involvement in this process.
