The photos, published on the 35-year-old singer's website, beyoncé.com, include a black and white nude, several topless images, and others in which she is shown in lingerie. Many have a floral backdrop and show her caressing her already large belly.
The photo caption reads: "I have three hearts."
The images, including some of the couple's five-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, were accompanied by poems about motherhood. They were released a day after the surprising announcement of her pregnancy broke records on social media.
The announcement by the "Halo" singer on Instagram received over 8 million "likes" and became the "most liked" post in the site's history, according to the company itself, and also generated 500 tweets in just 45 minutes on Wednesday.
Beyoncé made no further comment beyond her initial statement, in which she and Jay-Z said they were "doubly blessed. We are incredibly grateful that our family is gaining two more."
On Thursday, the photos included a poem by the Somali-British poet Warsan Shire.
Beyoncé hasn't said when she's expecting the babies or given any details about the pregnancy.
