247 - Comedian Christian Cabrera died of complications from Covid-19 in the United States on January 21. A few days before his death, at age 40, he wrote to his brother that he regretted not getting vaccinated.
In a text message during his hospitalization, Christian wrote to Jino describing difficulty breathing. He contracted pneumonia in both lungs as a result of Covid: "I can't breathe again. I really regret not getting vaccinated. If I could do it all over again, I would get vaccinated to save my life. I'm fighting for my life here and I wish I had been vaccinated. It's very painful today, very difficult to breathe. We'll talk later."
The comedian contracted the virus after Christmas and was admitted to Sherman Oaks Hospital in Los Angeles in early January. On the 14th, he posted on social media saying that from that day on, he would need oxygen as he could no longer breathe on his own.
