Average number of Covid deaths in Brazil is the highest since August 30th.

The average number of deaths from Covid, this Monday, the 19th, reached 139 deaths per day, an increase of 30% compared to the figure from two weeks ago.

247 - The average number of Covid deaths in Brazil reached 139 on Monday, the 19th, a 30% increase compared to two weeks ago. This is the highest number since August 30th of this year, when the average was the same.

There were 140 deaths from Covid and 29.579 cases of the disease registered this Monday, totaling 691.994 lives lost and 35.943.720 people infected by the virus since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020.

The moving average of cases also increased, rising 33% compared to the figure from two weeks prior, reaching 40.600 people infected per day.

In Rio de Janeiro, however, the data is still not being processed due to server problems.
