Coronavirus in Brazil: 114 deaths and 3.904 confirmed cases.

Between the disorientation of the federal government and the tutelage of a troubled president, Brazil reaches 114 deaths from the coronavirus pandemic. There are already 3.904 confirmed cases in the country.

247 - The number of deaths from coronavirus in Brazil rose to 114 this Saturday (28), according to updated data from the Ministry of Health. The number of confirmed cases is 3.904, with the disease's mortality rate at 2,8% in the country. 

A report from the Folha de S. Paulo newspaper. It reports that "the number of registrations represents a 17% jump compared to Thursday, when there were 3.417 cases. Worldwide, there are 30 deaths. São Paulo is the state with the highest number of infected people, with 1.406 infected, compared to 1.223 on Friday. Rio de Janeiro follows, with 558."

The article further adds that "84 people died in São Paulo alone; another 13 died in Rio de Janeiro. There were also deaths recorded in Amazonas (1), Ceará (1), Pernambuco (5), Piauí (1), Goiás (1), Paraná (2), Rio Grande do Sul (2) and Santa Catarina (1). The first death in Piauí from the disease was confirmed on Saturday morning by the local Health Department. The mayor of São José do Divino, Antônio Nonato Lima Gomes, died in the early hours of Friday (27) victim of Covid-19. With this, there are already seven deaths in the Northeast."
