In the last 24 hours, 114 deaths and 1.661 new cases were recorded.
Sputnik - The balance sheet from the Ministry of Health this Tuesday (7) on COVID-19 in Brazil pointed out that the country now totals 667 deaths, 13.717 confirmed cases of the disease and the lethality rate of the new coronavirus among the Brazilian population is 4,9%.
In the last 24 hours, 114 deaths and 1.661 new cases were recorded.
The ministry, however, has reported that the actual number of cases tends to be higher, since only severe cases, those of patients hospitalized, are tested, and there are cases awaiting confirmation of test results.
São Paulo remains the state most affected by the new coronavirus.
