Brazil registers another increase in Covid-19 deaths.

The National Council of Health Secretaries (Conass) reported that Brazil registered 172,9 cases of Covid-19 in 24 hours. A new increase in the moving average of deaths was also recorded.

247 - The National Council of Health Secretaries (Conass) reported this Wednesday (02) that Brazil registered 172.903 new cases of Covid-19 and 893 deaths from the disease in the last 24 hours. 

With the new statistics, a new increase was recorded in the moving average of deaths (650) - the index has been increasing since January 12, when it was at 123. The current level is the highest since August 31, when Brazil recorded a moving average of 667 daily deaths as a result of Covid-19. The moving average is the average of the last seven days. 

Brazil has accumulated 25,7 cases of Covid-19 and 628,9 deaths from the disease since the beginning of the pandemic.
