China holds first rehearsal for event to mark 80th anniversary of victory against Japanese aggression and fascism.

CGTN – The first dress rehearsal for the grand ceremony marking the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War concluded in Beijing early Sunday morning, the event's press center reported.
Held from Saturday night until the early hours of Sunday morning in Tiananmen Square, the rehearsal involved approximately 22 participants, including those directly involved in the simulation and the support staff on site.
According to the organizers, the rehearsal covered the main elements of the ceremony and served as a comprehensive test of organizational, logistical, and command operations.
