Ukrainian President says he will not accept loans as military aid and signals willingness to negotiate with Russians who are not Putin.
(Reuters)- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Friday that Ukraine will not recognize previously approved US military aid as loans that need to be repaid, while he confirmed that Kyiv had received a new draft mineral deal from the United States.
