Wadih: TRF-4 killed the right to defense by allowing wiretaps on lawyers.

Federal deputy Wadih Damous (PT-RJ) used social media to point out the "end of the right to defense" for former president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva in court; "Lula's defense lawyers were wiretapped by Moro. They requested the destruction of the audios. The TRF 4 denied the request. The right to defense is over," he summarized.

247 - The arbitrary actions of the Justice system in relation to Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's legal proceedings were summarized by federal deputy Wadih Damous on his Twitter profile. 

"Lula's defense lawyers were wiretapped by Moro. They requested the destruction of the audio recordings. The TRF 4 (Regional Federal Court of the 4th Region) denied the request. The right to defense is over," he summarized.
