A 13-year-old girl, one of the victims of the shooting at a school in Goiânia, remains hospitalized in serious condition in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the city's Emergency Hospital. The girl, who was wounded in the hand, neck, and chest, suffered punctured lungs. According to hospital information, she underwent surgery and is sedated and intubated for bilateral chest drainage.

According to information from the hospital, she underwent surgery and is sedated and intubated for bilateral thoracic drainage.
Two other victims also had medical reports released by the hospital this morning. A girl who was in the ward with a punctured lung was transferred to the ICU. According to the report, she remains stable, but "closer observation of the chest drainage and possible bleeding was needed, which has not yet happened." A boy, also 13 years old, is in the ward, conscious and stable, breathing spontaneously.
The teenagers were targeted in the attack that took place on Friday morning (20), when a student from the same class, who was being bullied, opened fire on classmates using a pistol. Two teenagers died at the scene. In total, four were injured.
The bodies of the deceased teenagers were released by the Forensic Medical Institute of Goiânia on Friday night and were laid out for viewing overnight. The burials are taking place this morning in two cemeteries in the city.
