Valdemar occupies the space, becomes a "pop star of the conservative right" and bothers Bolsonaro.

The president of the PL party has been filling the vacuum left by Bolsonaro. Party members say it's necessary to have more leaders in the party, while Bolsonaro's future is uncertain.

247 - With Jair Bolsonaro (PL) "disappearing" while on vacation in the United States, the president of the PL party, Valdemar Costa Neto, is filling the power vacuum left by the former occupant of the Planalto Palace.

"With the former president remaining silent since his defeat, the political leader of the PL party has begun publishing recordings thanking Bolsonaro's supporters and criticizing Lula. In the videos, Valdemar also praises the former president. Even so, the material has displeased the retired captain," reports Bela Megale, from the newspaper. The Globe.

Members of the PL party positively assess Valdemar's stance, saying he has become a "pop star of the conservative right." They also emphasize that they don't know what Bolsonaro will do in the future and say it's necessary to have other leaders capitalizing on the opposition to Lula's government.

Valdemar's strategy displeases Bolsonaro. Bolsonaro himself, before traveling to the US, personally complained to the party president, saying that Valdemar was "talking too much." Nothing has changed since then.
