The courses with the highest number of available places are administration (21.252), pedagogy (14.773), law (13.794), and accounting (10.883). The state of São Paulo has the largest number of places available in ProUni – 64,3 – followed by Minas Gerais, with 19,5, and Paraná, with 16,5.

Brasilia – The deadline for ends today (17) at 23:59 pm. registrations for the University for All Program(ProUni), which offers full and partial scholarships at private higher education institutions. In this first edition of the year, 131.636 full scholarships and 59.989 partial scholarships are being offered.
As of 18 pm yesterday (16), the program registered just over 1 million registered candidates. Students who took the 2013 National High School Exam (Enem) and obtained at least 450 points on average can participate in the selection. Candidates cannot have scored 0 on the essay and must have attended high school in the public school system or with a full scholarship in the private school system. At the time of registration, students can choose up to two courses.

Full scholarships from ProUni are for students with a gross family income per person of up to one and a half minimum wages. Partial scholarships are for candidates with a gross family income of up to three minimum wages per person. Partial scholarship recipients may use the Student Financing Fund (Fies) to cover the remaining tuition fees.
The first list of pre-selected candidates will be released on January 20th, and the second on February 3rd. Candidates who are not pre-selected in either of the two rounds can participate in the waiting list. This year, there are changes to the waiting list procedures. Now, students must express their interest online and then, on the dates specified in the announcement, go to the educational institution where they intend to study, with the necessary documents.
