Bolsonaro-backed candidate Captain Contar (PRTB) leads the race for governor with 27,1% of the vote.

247 - Candidate Tereza Cristina (PP) has been mathematically elected senator for the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. Around 19:10 PM, with more than 81% of the votes counted, the former Minister of Agriculture under Jair Bolsonaro leads with 61,1% of the votes, against approximately 15,4% for candidate Mandetta (UB), who is in second place. 

Government

Bolsonaro's candidate, Captain Contar (PRTB), leads the race for governor with 27,1% of the vote. Eduardo Riedel (PSDB) is in second place with 24%. 

Presidency

Jair Bolsonaro (PL) leads in Mato Grosso do Sul with 53,5%. Former president Lula (PT) has 37,8%.
