According to the poll, which collected data starting in August, Temer has a 3% approval rating, the lowest in the world.
South African President Jacob Zuma, who faces corruption allegations, has 18%. Meanwhile, Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, who is engaged in an internal political battle with the opposition and whose country has been sanctioned in international forums due to censorship and the imprisonment of his adversaries, has 23% popular support.
