Tarso Genro warns of "war of movement" waged by coup plotters.
"The attempted coup has not been demobilized, and the focal points are Orlando, Brasília, and São Paulo," the former minister wrote on Twitter.
247 - Former minister and former governor Tarso Genro used social media to warn that the threat posed by far-right Bolsonaro supporters calling for a military coup in Brazil has not yet been resolved.
"ATTENTION. Signs. These are not just sociopathic manifestations, but the transition from a "War of Position" to a "War of Movement." With acute forms of subversive violence from the far right. The attempted coup d'état has not been demobilized, and the focal points are Orlando, Brasília, and São Paulo," Tarso wrote on Twitter.
The post refers to the coup-mongering camps and violent, anti-democratic demonstrations promoted by supporters of Jair Bolsonaro (PL) who do not accept the victory of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) in the presidential election. Since leaving the country on December 30th, Bolsonaro has been sheltered in Orlando, Florida (USA).
