247 - Attorney Rodrigo Tacla Duran has requested to postpone his testimony before the Chamber of Deputies' Public Security Committee until October 26. He promises to show the deputies evidence of what he has been saying.

Durán's new accounts have led politicians who were targeted by informants in the Lava Jato corruption scandal to claim that "Sergio Moro's spell has backfired." The judge responsible for the operation in Curitiba says that the lawyer's accusations are "absolutely false."

In an interview published yesterday, Tacla Durán accused lawyer Carlos Zucolotto Júnior, a friend of Judge Sergio Moro, of selling favors in Operation Lava Jato, such as reduced sentences and fines. He claims to have correspondence from Zucolotto in his files that would prove the intermediation of advantages. In a statement, Moro affirmed that Zucolotto, who recently went with him to a Skank concert, is a serious professional and denied any kind of triangulation.
