247 - Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes revoked, this Wednesday (12), the precautionary measures imposed on Tércio Arnaud, former advisor to Jair Bolsonaro (PL). With the decision, he is free to resume contact with the former president.

Arnaud's defense had requested the revocation after he was not included in the Attorney General's Office (PGR) indictment regarding the attempted coup d'état. The restrictions had been in effect since February 2024. The former advisor allegedly belonged to the so-called "hate cabinet" in the Presidential Palace.

As reported by CNNArnaud has already spoken with Bolsonaro after the court's decision, and there is a possibility that he will return to work for the former president. In addition to having his contact restored, Arnaud may be able to recover his passport and seized assets, the return of which has already been requested from the Federal Police.
