247 - The Supreme Federal Court (STF) formed a majority, this Thursday (4), to overturn the pardon granted by Jair Bolsonaro to former deputy Daniel Silveira.

Bolsonaro signed the decree one day after Silveira was convicted by the Supreme Court for attacks on ministers of the Court. He was sentenced to eight years and nine months in prison.

The trial will continue next Wednesday (9) with the votes of ministers Luiz Fux and Gilmar Mendes. Only ministers André Mendonça and Nunes Marques, appointed by Bolsonaro, voted to uphold the pardon. (With information from UOL).
