São Paulo will have a sunny day with low air humidity.

The week begins with clear, sunny weather in the capital, with temperatures possibly reaching 30 degrees Celsius in the afternoon; in much of the Southern Region, the day will be rainy.

During the early hours of today, temperatures reached 18ºC in the less urbanized areas of São Paulo. At 5 a.m., Congonhas Airport, located in the southern part of the city, recorded temperatures of 19ºC.

At the start of the week, clear and sunny weather will persist throughout the São Paulo metropolitan area, with temperatures rising rapidly during the mornings, approaching 30ºC in the afternoons. Because of this, the relative humidity will remain low.

According to the Emergency Management Center (CGE), during nighttime hours, temperatures drop but remain close to 20ºC until the early hours of the morning, when it cools down a little more.

A cold front expected to move over the ocean will increase cloud cover on Wednesday, when temperatures will drop slightly. There is also a forecast for widespread, short-lived light rain in the Greater São Paulo area.

It will be a rainy day across much of the Southern Region of the country, except in southeastern Rio Grande do Sul where the sun will appear among a few clouds. In Paraná, rain will begin in the afternoon, with the heaviest rainfall occurring between western and southern Paraná and northern Rio Grande do Sul.

According to the Center for Weather Forecasting and Climate Studies (CPTEC), there will be scattered showers in Rondônia, Acre, and Amazonas, with weaker and more isolated showers in southern Mato Grosso do Sul, Amapá, northern Paraná, Maranhão, and the coast of Piauí and Ceará. Unstable weather, with sunny spells and rain at any time, is expected between eastern Rio Grande do Norte and Alagoas, and in the Recôncavo Baiano region. There is a possibility of light rain between central Rio Grande do Norte and eastern Bahia.
