Solnik: Lula's candidacy registration is unprecedented in the world.

TV 247 - The Boa Noite 247 program highlighted the historic Wednesday (15), D-Day, of the registration of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's candidacy, counting on the support of 50 thousand people who demand the freedom of the former president and the right to be a candidate, in addition to the judicial recovery of the Abril group, which dismissed hundreds of employees, closed magazines, and does not have capital to pay its creditors.

Journalist Alex Solnik believes that the act of registering Lula's candidacy has become a historic moment. "It took on global proportions, it was widely publicized by the international press, this is unprecedented in the world," he emphasizes.

Journalist Paulo Moreira Leite states that Lula's candidacy, registered with the support of the people, is a great victory. "It's a registration that bears Lula's mark; he built his trajectory of struggle maintaining relationships with the popular movement, with the people who were in the streets of Brasília. This is a new thorn in the side of those who want to prevent his candidacy," he explains.

"Every time someone tries to create obstacles to Lula's candidacy, it won't be easy; the people are willing to fight for the right to choose their candidate," emphasizes Moreira Leite.
