Skaters take to the streets demanding more spaces for the sport.

Around 400 skateboarders, both amateur and professional, gathered this Sunday morning, the 19th, in the Avenida Paulista area of São Paulo. The demonstrators are advocating for the practice of the sport in Praça Roosevelt, in the city center, which is currently under reconstruction. Roosevelt Square, one of the most traditional spots for street skateboarding in the city, has been under renovation since last year and may be rebuilt without meeting the needs of skateboarders.
