247 - Senator Jean Paul Prates (PT-RN) will present this Friday (16) a new impeachment request against President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) and Economy Minister Paulo Guedes for "fiscal maneuvers" to postpone transfers to the culture and events sectors and thus free up space for payments from the secret budget, reports the Dashboard from Folha de S.Paulo.
The legislator states that postponing the implementation of the Paulo Gustavo, Aldir Blanc, and Perse laws, contrary to decisions of the National Congress, represents a fiscal maneuver and violates budgetary legislation.
