247, with Rede Brasil Atual – Vladimir Safatle, a Philosophy professor at USP (University of São Paulo), states that those who advocate for a return to military dictatorship should be arrested for inciting crime.

"Those who are calling for a military coup are calling for torture, state terrorism, assassination, censorship; those who want the causes want the consequences. That doesn't exist. You've normalized this thing to an absolutely outrageous degree. These people shouldn't be in the streets; they should be in jail facing trial," he said in an interview with TVT, which was reproduced.

According to him, those who call for impeachment "ask for very little," since the process would be made possible by Congress, whose houses are presided over by two parliamentarians involved in the same corruption case as the government, as is the opposition.

Regarding media coverage of the demonstration on the 15th, Safatle states that it was the most publicized in the history of the Republic, an event constructed by the media. The professor considered this engagement appalling.
