247 - Federal deputy Rogério Correia (PT-MG) asked, this Tuesday (5), Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), to apply precautionary measures against deputy Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG), due to attempted obstruction of justice in a process related to the coup plot.

Correia cites that, during a recent public event by the far-right, Ferreira used the image of former president Jair Bolsonaro, imprisoned and a defendant in the coup plot, to promote slogans attacking the Supreme Federal Court.

According to Correia, the conduct is "serious and repeated on the part of the congressman," "consisting of public threats, incitement against the Supreme Federal Court, and the use of social media and public demonstrations as an instrument of institutional coercion and obstruction of justice, including possible collusion with defendants subject to precautionary measures (such as Jair Bolsonaro)."

Correia requests the application of precautionary measures, such as blocking Ferreira's social media accounts.
