Ricardo Kotscho: 'General Xandão will go down in history as the one who guaranteed the victory of democracy'
"To give him his due: General Xandão, from the height of his robe, may not be the king of sympathy, but he was impeccable and relentless in the application of the laws," writes Ricardo Kotscho.
247 - Journalist Ricardo Kotscho praised on Wednesday (2) the performance of Minister Alexandre de Moraes, president of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), in leading the 2022 presidential elections.
"It was Xandão who guaranteed the victory of democracy last Sunday, disarming the crazy scoundrels who tried to perpetuate themselves in power by force, after almost 4 years of authoritarian threats, theft and abuses of all kinds," Kotscho wrote on his blog. UOL.
The journalist recalled several actions taken by Moraes during and after the election campaign, such as his determination to clear highways blocked by coup-plotting Bolsonaro supporters.
"To give him his due: General Xandão, from the height of his robe, may not be the king of sympathy, but he was impeccable and relentless in the application of the laws," Kotscho stated.
