The Workers' Party (PT) wants to accelerate actions in the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) that could make Bolsonaro ineligible.

The cases against Bolsonaro, currently under the purview of the Electoral Court's Inspector General, Minister Benedito Gonçalves, considered a "hardliner" by Bolsonaro supporters, will be transferred to Raul Araújo. "The fear within the PT (Workers' Party) is whether Raul Araújo will have the same commitment as Benedito Gonçalves when he inherits his colleague's cases."
