The Electoral Public Prosecutor's Office has expressed its support for the PT's request to share evidence from the investigation conducted at the Supreme Federal Court with the lawsuits alleging electoral crimes in the 2018 campaign.
247 - The Electoral Attorney General’s Office expressed its support on Tuesday (9) for sharing evidence from the fake news inquiry, conducted by the STF, with actions in the TSE against the ticket composed of Jair Bolsonaro and Vice President Hamilton Mourão. The action for electoral crimes in the TSE was filed by the Workers’ Party (PT).
"The Electoral Public Prosecutor's Office expresses its opinion in favor of granting the request for the sharing of evidence related to Inquiry No. 4781/DF, and against the request to send an official letter to the Joint Parliamentary Inquiry Committee to the same effect," says an excerpt from the statement by the Deputy Attorney General for Electoral Affairs, Renato Brill de Góes.
