Prosecutors inform Moraes that coup attempts are led and financed by businessmen.

Investigations indicate that municipal buses were used to transport protesters, and that there were also financiers and fundraisers involved.

247 - Attorneys general from the Public Prosecutor's Offices of São Paulo, Santa Catarina, and Espírito Santo informed the president of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), Alexandre de Moraes, that there is evidence suggesting that the anti-democratic and coup-mongering acts carried out by Bolsonaro supporters dissatisfied with his defeat are being orchestrated by businesspeople. Furthermore, a large portion of those involved belong to "a large criminal organization with predefined roles," according to the report. newspaper Folha de S.Paulo. 

In a meeting held this Tuesday (8) with Moraes, the Attorney General of the Public Ministry of São Paulo, Mario Luiz Sarrubbo, said that there is an organized movement, led by businessmen, for these demonstrations to take place.

According to the report, municipal buses were used to transport protesters, funders, and collectors who use Pix numbers.

"It's a financing operation that started with road blockades, then they moved, went to the front of military barracks, and from there, we are understanding this flow of people, who may face criminal charges," said the prosecutor.

The information was obtained by cross-referencing data between states regarding the organization of the movements. According to the prosecutor, the goal now is to map the financial flow that is enabling the road and highway blockades.
