The Federal Highway Police (PRF) claims that, since yesterday, it has been taking "all measures to restore normal traffic flow, sending teams to the locations and initiating the negotiation process to reopen the highways, prioritizing dialogue to guarantee, in addition to free and safe transit, the right of citizens to demonstrate, as happened in other protests."

"The Federal Highway Police (PRF) is present at all identified locations with personnel mobilized at the roadblocks and continues working to ensure the free flow of traffic on federal highways, facilitating the transport of goods and the right of citizens to come and go, in addition to closely monitoring locations with a high probability of blockage," concludes the statement from the agency.
