247 - The president of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), Felipe Santa Cruz, told Guilherme Amado's column... Timethat the Justice Ministry's response to the Supreme Court regarding the dossiers on "anti-fascist movements" was an "authoritarian manifestation."

This Thursday (6), the ministry refused to forward to the Supreme Court the investigation dossiers of opponents of the Bolsonaro government, which was the reason for Santa Cruz's reprimand.

"An authoritarian statement. If it jeopardized national sovereignty. But to know if the government is making a list of adversaries, what is that? To say that the content of the information is superior to the force of judicial determination already seems to me an authoritarian thought," said the president of the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association).
