Pimenta questions Gabriela Hardt's collaboration with Moro in the PCC case.
Minister questions whether the objective of Moro's friend was truly to help the Federal Police.
247 - The head of the Special Secretariat for Social Communication (Secom), Paulo Pimenta, questioned on his social media what Judge Gabriela Hardt's true motivation might be. lift the secrecy documents from the lawsuit against a criminal faction that was planning attacks on Senator Sergio Moro.
Judge Hardt's decision, an ally of the suspect Moro in Lava Jato, came after President Lula stated that the PCC's assassination plot against the current senator was a "setup." The Federal Police sees the judge's move as strange, a possible attempt to "shield" Moro after Lula's statements.

Pimenta wrote on his Twitter that Gabriela Hardt, by exposing the investigations, ends up hindering them, since they are still ongoing and deal with a sensitive topic, that of criminal organizations. He questions whether her objective was really to help the Federal Police.
"I believe this is an important investigation, involving a dangerous criminal organization that planned attacks against authorities and cannot be 'captured' by anyone's personal interests. The Federal Police, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and the Judiciary are state institutions," he continued.

"A judge lifting the secrecy of a sensitive and dangerous ongoing investigation, without consulting the Federal Police who are in charge of the investigation—what good does that do? All this to help a friend's narrative? Do you think that's normal? Aren't you outraged?"
Hardt replaced Moro in Lava Jato cases, such as the one that sentenced President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva to 12 years in prison in the Atibaia ranch case, a sentence later overturned by the Supreme Federal Court.
