FSB/BTG telephone poll shows Lula gaining momentum and close to victory in the first round.

The former president gained one point and now has 48% of the valid votes, while Bolsonaro has remained stagnant at 37% for almost a month.

247 - A telephone survey by the FSB institute, commissioned by the BTG Pactual bank, released this Monday (26) shows former president Lula (PT) on the rise and with chances of winning the presidential election in the first round.

Since the September 12th poll, Lula has gained four points. In the last week, the Workers' Party candidate gained one point. He now has 48% of the total voting intentions – excluding null, blank, and undecided votes.

Bolsonaro, on the other hand, has been stagnant at 37% since September 5th.

The survey polled 2 voters by telephone between September 23 and 25. The margin of error is two percentage points and the confidence interval is 95%. The survey is registered with the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) under number BR-08123/2022.
