Participants in the 2022 ENEM exam will take the math and science tests this Sunday.
The math and natural science exams, which include chemistry, physics, and biology, each have 45 multiple-choice questions.
Mariana Tokarnia, Agência Brasil - Participants in the 2022 National High School Exam (Enem) are taking the math and natural science tests today (20), which includes chemistry, physics and biology. Each test has 45 objective questions. The tests will be administered in more than 1,7 municipalities in printed and digital formats. In both formats, the questions are the same.
The gates to the testing locations open at 12:00 PM and close at 1:00 PM, and entry is not permitted after the gates close. The five-hour exams begin at 1:30 PM and end at 6:30 PM, Brasília time.
To take the exam, it is mandatory to present a photo ID and have a black ink ballpoint pen made of transparent material. In the digital ENEM exam, the answers are entered on the computer, but participants receive a scratch paper to do the calculations by hand; therefore, a pen is also necessary on the second day of the exam.
Among the accepted forms of identification are the driver's license (CNH), passport, and work permit issued after January 27, 1997. New to this edition is the acceptance of digital documents with photos such as the e-Title, digital CNH, and digital RG. These must be presented in their respective official applications. Photos of the cell phone screen will not be accepted.
Face masks are mandatory, except in states or municipalities where their use in enclosed spaces is permitted by decree or administrative act with equal regulatory power.
It is also recommended that participants bring water and snacks, as the exam is lengthy. It is also advisable to bring the registration confirmation card on the day of the exam, which contains, among other information, the exam location. The card can be accessed on the Participant Page.
If you need to prove that you took the exam, you can also print a certificate of attendance for each day of the exam on the Participant Page, providing your CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID) and password. This certificate, which must be presented to the proctor at the door of the exam room, can be used, for example, to justify an absence from work.
On the first day of the ENEM exam, participants took the tests in languages, humanities, and essay writing. Approximately 2,5 million, or 73,3% of the 3,4 million registered participants, attended the exam.

The answer keys for the exams will be released by the National Institute for Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep) by the 23rd, online.
The ENEM exam selects students for places in public higher education institutions through the Unified Selection System (SISU), for scholarships in private institutions through the University for All Program (PROUNI), and serves as a parameter for the Student Financing Fund (FIES). The results can also be used to enter Portuguese educational institutions that have agreements with INEP.
