"I received all doses of the vaccine and I am asymptomatic. I will comply with quarantine as determined by the medical authorities," the senator posted on social media.
247 - Senator Omar Aziz (PSD-AM), who chaired the Pandemic CPI, used Twitter to announce that he tested positive for Covid-19. In the post, the parliamentarian states that he was vaccinated against the disease with all the doses recommended for his age group and that he is asymptomatic. Aziz also said he is "observing quarantine as determined by medical authorities."
"Friends, even with precautions and social distancing measures, I contracted COVID. I received all doses of the vaccine and am asymptomatic. I will comply with quarantine as determined by the medical authorities. Have a good day and hugs to all," Aziz posted.
