"The legal document presented by Olavo to the São Paulo court is so absurd that Judge Daniela Martins de Castro Mariani Cavallanti, responsible for the trial, was forced to take a measure rarely seen in courts: she ordered Olavo de Carvalho to behave properly before the court. She ordered him to start the entire process again, this time without using insults and inappropriate terms. Finally, she said that she is making available to the UFBA professor all the insults he suffered from Olavo in this process, should he wish to sue Bolsonaro's guru himself," she added.

The attorney appointed by the plaintiff, Dr. Francisco Carlos Cabrera de Oliveira, is hereby ordered to remove or replace offensive expressions from the criminal complaint filed, such as:" (i) “transvestite delinquent”; (ii) “case of possible schizophrenia”; (iii) “unwary or sick mind”; (iv) “narrated by the idiot”;(v) “only the bestial discourses”; (vi) “jargon that some disgusting people use; (vii) “through their own wickedness”; (viii) “this unqualified”; (ix) “scoundrels, scoundrels and scoundrels”.
