The manifesto of imbeciles: 'A friend of Bolsonaro is my friend'

In a manifesto titled "The Conservative Force," writer Olavo de Carvalho and Congressman Marco Feliciano (PODE-SP), who is a pastor, extol the union of "Christians, defenders of the family, good morals, political freedoms, and the free market" who have joined together to defeat the PT's project, which, according to them, is "statist, collectivist, corrupt, globalist, and totalitarian." They left the following message: "A friend of Bolsonaro is my friend"; it is an anthological piece that may be known in the future as "the manifesto of the imbeciles."

247 - Writer Olavo de Carvalho and federal deputy Marco Feliciano (PODE-SP), who is a pastor, wrote a manifesto entitled "The Conservative Force." In two pages, they extol the union of "Christians, defenders of the family, good morals, political freedoms, and the free market" who have joined together to defeat the PT's project, which they describe as "statist, collectivist, corrupt, globalist, and totalitarian." They left the following message: "A friend of Bolsonaro is my friend." The content of the manifesto was released by... columnist Lauro Jardim.

They criticize those who oppose the current government, but without specifying who. At times, both attack a military figure in the government. "While many of those who today try to surround President Jair Bolsonaro and occupy positions of importance in the federal government reveled in the favor of the kleptocratic governments established by the Lula-era Workers' Party apparatus, Brazilian conservatives were fighting."

According to Bolsonaro supporters, there are forces trying to sabotage the captain's project. "We must prevent the hijacking of the conservative government by the bureaucratic establishment, which has infiltrated the conservative project to sabotage it, not only aiming to maintain the 'status quo' that has always privileged it to the detriment of the nation, but also aiming to distance President Bolsonaro from his social base [...]", they added.
