Denialism, a "quarrelsome image," and high inflation will be the villains in the reelection race, according to Bolsonaro's campaign.

247 - The leadership of Jair Bolsonaro's (PL) reelection campaign has listed three points that will need to be addressed so as not to jeopardize the federal government leader's campaign in this election year, reports Bela Megale of the newspaper. The GlobeDenialism about vaccines, "the image of being quarrelsome," and high inflation are the critical points of the campaign.

According to assessments by party leaders involved in the Bolsonaro campaign and by Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (PL) himself, there are ways to "detach" these labels from Bolsonaro. 

To deflect the anti-vaccine stance of the head of the federal government, "the strategy will be to insist that the fact is that the vaccine has reached the Brazilian people and those who wanted to, got vaccinated." In practice, the campaign will propose that Brazilians ignore the government's sabotage of immunization.

Regarding the "image of a quarrelsome person," "allies say that Bolsonaro will continue to speak his mind, but will adopt a 'more moderate tone' to avoid giving ammunition to his adversaries." 

Regarding inflation, Bolsonaro's team aims to deflect blame from him for the rise and argue that, without the current government, the situation would be even worse.
