247 - The governor of Pará, Helder Barbalho (MDB), launched the "State Bioeconomy Plan" for the state during the 27th UN Conference on Climate Change (COP 27), this Wednesday (16), in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.
The plan is based on three pillars - cultural and genetic heritage; sustainable production chains and businesses; and research, development and innovation - and could generate up to R$ 129 billion by 2040, according to estimates by the governor.
