Queiroz's wife and the mother of militia member Adriano da Nóbrega conspired to plan an escape.

The Public Prosecutor's Office obtained text messages exchanged between Queiroz and his wife, Márcia Aguiar, which indicated "an organized escape plan for the entire family of the financial operator that would involve the then fugitive Adriano Magalhães da Costa Nóbrega."

247 - The Rio de Janeiro Public Prosecutor's Office informed Judge Flávio Itabaiana Nicolau, of the 27th Criminal Court of the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice, that it found messages on the cell phone of Fabrício Queiroz, former aide to Flávio Bolsonaro, and his wife, Márcia Aguiar, indicating "an organized escape plan for the entire family of the financial operator, which would involve the then-fugitive Adriano Magalhães da Costa Nóbrega," according to the newspaper. Queiroz's wife also went to Minas Gerais to meet with Raimunda Magalhães Veras, mother of the militia member Adriano da Nóbrega.

An excerpt from Judge Itabaiana's ruling states that a dialogue between Queiroz and Márcia, on December 2, 2019, indicates "that the lawyer Luis Gustavo Botto Maia had previously met with 'Anjo' (codename for Frederick Wassef) and Fabrício Queiroz in Atibaia (SP) before heading to the city of Astolfo Dutra (MG) the following day."

Botto Maia is a lawyer and has worked on electoral cases for Senator Flávio Bolsonaro.

In these messages, Queiroz tells his wife that "Gustavo (Botto Maia) said that she (Raimunda) can come back." The Public Prosecutor's Office believes that Adriano da Nóbrega's mother was advised by Queiroz and Botto Maia to remain in hiding after the Supreme Court trial that discussed the sharing of data through reports from the Council for the Control of Financial Activities (Coaf).

On December 3rd, the lawyer, Márcia de Oliveira Aguiar, and Raimunda Veras Magalhães met, at the request of the militia member's mother, in Astolfo Dutra, Minas Gerais.
