247 - The Federal Public Prosecutor's Office (MPF) released a statement denying the information that there had been... Search and seizure warrants at Rosângela Moro's law office., wife of former Justice Minister Sérgio Moro. The statement affirms that the Attorney General of the Republic (PGR), Augusto Aras, 'never considered' the measure "since there is no reason to support it".

This Friday, the 17th, the Veja magazine published the news. that “the agency — headed by Augusto Aras, appointed to the position by Bolsonaro — was even planning a search and seizure at the office of lawyer Rosângela Moro, wife of the former minister, in order to damage the couple's image in the eyes of the public. It was for this reason, the prosecutors from Curitiba add, that the Attorney General's Office resumed negotiations for a plea bargain agreement with financial operator Rodrigo Tacla Duran.”

Tacla Duran is under investigation in the Lava Jato corruption probe and claims to have paid lawyer Carlos Zucolotto, Rosângela's former business partner and a family friend, to secure advantages in a plea bargain, potentially reducing the fine. He has been a fugitive since 2016, when an arrest warrant was issued by Judge Moro.
