Mourão says that 'Flávio Bolsonaro's only problem is his last name'

"What's Senator Flávio's only problem? His last name, isn't it?" said General Hamilton Mourão, acting president of the Republic, when questioned about the atypical financial transactions of Flávio and his former driver Fabrício Queiroz, identified by the Council for the Control of Financial Activities (Coaf).

247 - Despite saying that the case involving Flávio Bolsonaro is not a problem for the government, but for the elected senator and the former driver, the acting President of the Republic, General Hamilton Mourão, defended Flávio this Tuesday (22). When answering questions from journalists, Mourão said that the "only problem" of the senator elected by PSL-RJ is being the son of President Jair Bolsonaro.

"What's Senator Flávio's only problem? His last name, isn't it?" said Mourão, when questioned about the atypical financial transactions of Flávio and his former driver Fabrício Queiroz, identified by the Council for the Control of Financial Activities (Coaf).

"The problem is his [Flávio's]. But what happens? There's all this repercussion because of his last name. Just like him, there are 25 others from the Legislative Assembly being investigated for similar problems," he said.
