In his testimony to the Federal Police, former minister Sérgio Moro cited protocols from intelligence reports produced by the Brazilian Intelligence Agency (Abin), based on information passed on by the agency. The documents would prove that Bolsonaro already had access to intelligence information.

Moro left the government on the 24th, after Bolsonaro dismissed Mauricio Valeixo from the General Directorate of the Federal Police. "The president told me that he wanted to have a personal appointee to have personal information. And that's not the function of the Federal Police," denounced the former judge in a press conference.

5 - Bolsonaro's statements at the cabinet meeting on April 22, recorded by the Presidential Palace, in which the president said he would 'interfere in all ministries' and would replace the Minister of Justice if he couldn't replace the Superintendent of the Federal Police in Rio.
6 - Intelligence report protocols produced by ABIN (Brazilian Intelligence Agency) based on information passed on by the Federal Police, demonstrating that the president already had access to the Federal Police intelligence information to which he was legally entitled.
