247 - Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes imposed a fine of R$ 50 on pro-Bolsonaro influencer Allan dos Santos for violating previously established precautionary measures. The sanction, according to... The GlobeThe decision is based on Santos' participation in a live broadcast on the YouTube channel "Conversa Timeline" on July 1st, entitled "Lula inflates the State and the Supreme Court persecutes Brazilians, it's the dictatorship of the robe." The content was considered by the minister to be a direct affront to the authority of the Supreme Court and to the judicial rulings that already prevented the blogger from using social media and digital platforms.

In his decision, Moraes recalls that he had already ordered the blocking of accounts linked to Allan dos Santos on various platforms, including Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, OnlyFans, and Rumble. The objective of these measures was to prevent the use of these networks to attack democratic institutions.

According to the report, Moraes highlighted that the pro-Bolsonaro influencer continues to leverage the reach of new profiles as part of "a structure aimed at spreading attacks against the Democratic Rule of Law, the Supreme Federal Court, the Superior Electoral Court, and the Federal Senate, as well as authorities linked to these bodies."

Back in April of this year, the minister had already stipulated a daily fine of R$ 15 due to the continued non-compliance with court decisions. Now, with the new infraction, a specific penalty of R$ 50 has been added, to be applied to both Santos and those responsible for broadcasting the "Conversa Timeline" channel.

In justifying the measure, Moraes reiterated that Allan dos Santos' actions exceed the limits of freedom of expression guaranteed by the Constitution. "Freedom of expression is not freedom of aggression. Freedom of expression is not freedom to destroy democracy, institutions, and the dignity and honor of others," the magistrate wrote.

Outside of Brazil since 2020, Allan dos Santos is considered a fugitive from Brazilian justice. He is the subject of an arrest warrant issued in 2021 by order of Moraes himself, at the request of the Federal Police. There is also an extradition request underway.

The accusations against the influencer involve suspicions of belonging to a criminal organization, incitement to crime, crimes against honor, and money laundering. Even in the face of court orders, he has used recently created profiles to continue disseminating content on social media, which are systematically removed for violating the Supreme Court's rulings.
