Moraes orders Cláudio Castro to provide explanations about the police massacre.

247 - Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), determined this Wednesday (29) that the governor of Rio de Janeiro, Cláudio Castro, must explain the police operation, which took place on Tuesday (28) in the Alemão and Penha complexes, located in the city of Rio de Janeiro--the deadliest in the history of the state. 

The massacre left at least 119 dead, including 115 criminals and four police officers, according to local authorities.

The minister listed 17 requests and ordered the publication of the decision and notification of the Attorney General's Office (PGR), according to the document.
