Supreme Court justices are pressuring Moraes to conclude investigation targeting Bolsonaro.
Ministers urge Alexandre de Moraes to conclude the investigation into the activities and financing of digital militias within three months.
247 - Members of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) have demanded that Minister Alexandre de Moraes set a deadline to finalize the investigation into the activities and financing of digital militias, filed in July 2021, which has Jair Bolsonaro (PL) as one of its main targets. "These ministers are asking for a resolution, whatever it may be, within the next two or three months," says the columnist. Paulo Cappelli, from Metrópoles.
According to the report, "Moraes has not signaled any intention to accelerate the end of the investigation which, of all those targeting the former president in the Supreme Court, is the one that most worries Bolsonaro. The massive breach of confidentiality ordered by the magistrate in December is yet another indication of this. This January, Moraes will decide which parts of the investigation will be sent to the lower courts and which will remain in the Supreme Court."
