247 - The Brazilian Army sent 1.275 soldiers home to work remotely. Those authorized to work remotely were members aged 60 or older. The Army has 223 members.

The order is one of the measures resulting from the speech by the Army commander, General Edson Pujol, released in a video last Wednesday (25), in which the head of the force states that the coronavirus crisis "may be the most important mission of our generation".
