Lula may support Kátia Abreu for the Senate, says columnist.

The former president reportedly spoke with Kátia Abreu and said he sees no problem in supporting her in the PP party because he wants to make peace with the party if he is elected.

By Edoardo Ghirotto, Metropolises - Senator Kátia Abreu, from the PP party, confided to associates that Lula showed willingness to support her candidacy for re-election in Tocantins. The two had a recent phone conversation.

Lula stated that he sees no problem with Kátia Abreu running for election under the PP party. According to the account, the Workers' Party leader told the senator that he intends to count on the party's support in Congress should he be elected president.
