The Carnival tour is scheduled to conclude in Rio de Janeiro. In the capital of Rio de Janeiro state, Lula is expected to attend the parade of the Acadêmicos de Niterói samba school at the Marquês de Sapucaí Sambadrome. The group will be the first to parade on Sunday, February 15th, after having earned promotion to the special group in the previous Carnival.
